If you see this prompt in the Carpe Manager app, it means your ROM is outdated and needs to be re-flashed. Unfortunately this cannot be done remotely and you will need to send it to us.
Because you must have had this issue for at least a year, we strongly recommend to wait until we have the release version of Android 11 update ready so that we can flash the new operating system. That should happen in summer 2023.
